Shipping & returns

ORDERING:

We offer free register post for all our belt bags  (not during sales).

DHL Express shipment is available for additional flat fee.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.

Please note that during busy periods shipping can take longer.

Important: Local taxes and custom fees are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS:

We value our customers full satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your  purchase you have 14 days to apply for a refund and return your order back to us by registered post/courier.

To apply for a refund please contact us ayercollection@outlook.com

To return a product the following conditions must be fully met:

The product(s) must not have been used or worn.

The returned products must be in their original packaging.

The products must not be damaged.

Important:  Products need to be shipped back to Ayer Collection by registered post/courier and cost of shipment is customer responsibility. Please make sure to keep your tracking number. We will not be responsible for lost parcels.  Ayer Collection reserves the right to deduct any taxes and custom fees from total refund amount applied to orders refused at customs.

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES but you can always apply for a refund (please refer to return policy) and place a new order.
